NEW GENERATION COMPRESSOR DELIVERING BIG ENERGY SAVING IN WATER TREATMENT

  £110,000 December

Bringing total funds raised to £1,100,000

This Company closed a funding round which was oversubscribed in December 2012. We are delighted with the assessment, appreciation and contribution to the funding made by Beer Investors. There is a great prospect of generating good returns for them.
This engineering company is delivering energy savings in the treatment of waste water by installing its new type of air compressor equipment. Each of the UK’s 1000s of machines currently installed consumes typically £30k of electricity p.a. and the Company’s alternative products are far more efficient.
It has delivered product that has so far exceeded performance expectations, not only for energy saving but also in other ways.
A highly accessible and respected water industry key reference account is in place and this customer site will play a significant role in the sales process.
As anticipated in investment documentation, the business is likely to offer a new round in 2013 supported by delivered orders and a healthy pipeline. This will enable exploitation of additional applications and markets.
An optimal exit valuation at £60m and above is still projected for 2016 and we would be pleased to receive enquiries from potential Investors who wish to get acquainted with the business prior to announcements of a new funding offer.
