For the past 8 years Brian has owned his own business specialising in raising finance for ambitious Property Developers and Investors helping them achieve their goals and aspirations. He successfully raised combinations of senior debt, mezzanine finance and equity for property entrepreneurs most of whom were repeat clients with most transactions between £1m and £5m.

Prior to this he spent 20 successful years in the Telecommunications and IT industry starting his career in Marketing, then undertaking several Sales management roles before going on to be a Senior Business Manager for a global Telecommunications company. In 2000 at the height of dot com mania he left corporate life and successfully raised equity finance for his own company.
