Kim’s entry into the UK property market came when she bought a run-down cottage in Wales and successfully renovated it turning a small profit. She then went on to run her own Property Development Company which completed a number of renovations, refurbishments and new build projects end to end.

Having managed the development process from Site Acquisition, Planning, Raising of Finance and Construction through to Sales & Marketing, she has gained an understanding of the industry and vital skills that she now brings to Beer Property Finance as Managing Associate.
